Seen them pop up occasionally but haven't paid much attention. Have to check out game play later.

Granny and the gators is pretty rare, and supposedly better than PAC. I have never played it.

You should check out caveman, it is a full sized pinball with a monitor mounted in the play field.

I played it up at Shorty's in Seattle last year.  Its OK.  I think Baby Pacman is better.  Definitely wouldn't spend $1200 on one.
