The monitor is in a Birdie King 2 machine and is in vertical position. The white lines are top to bottom and about 1/8 inch thick. any ideas if i need a cap kit, HOT, flyback? more serious? I don't see any caps bulging or leaking. Also can you discharge a monitor after unplugging or do you wait a certain amount of time? thx
