I assume some here have had to use Eldorado Games repair/replace/swap service?

I am eager to send my Pole Position boards there for some TLC...  I have tried everything I can think of to get it going but the errors persist.
Anyway - I see they have a small form, you mail them the boards.
But How does payment work?  Do they call you when they are done and ask for a CC#  Do you send cash with the board?
and what about connectors?  Pole Position has that small board with the 2 edge connectors that connects the boards. Do I send that too?

I know this will take a while so I want to get it right the first time and not make any newb mistakes.

Can anyone who has used them lend a little insight?

I wish I could answer your question but I have never used them.

I believe you just contact them and get the shipping information. I believe you Pay when they fix it.

To try to save you money why not post a help thread here. I know a lot about pole position repair and I might be able to help.
