My ms pacman arcade machine will randomly reset when I press player 1 or 2 after it's been on for awhile.  It will also lose sound randomly as well and won't come back until restarted.  Any idea what is going on?

I have already replaced the fuses.

Thanks!

when it starts to reset can you continually reset it every time you hit P1 or P2?

My first hunch is a bad eprom socket.

Ian is good listen to him. Also what are the voltages at the large filter caps in the top left corner of the board (power supply section)? They should be 5 volts.
