Is there a "Button List" out there somewhere?

I am wondering if there is a simple list of games and how many buttons / what type of control that game has/had.

For example:
Ms Pac Man - 4 ways joystick - NO Buttons
Galaga - 2 way joystick - 1 Button
etc.

anyone know of a resource online that would have such a list available for reference?
