My only guess its the tag of the arcade like what Showbiz Pizza and Pizza Time theater had or operator's tag

Definitely not Satan's hollow.  SH marquee has a slight backward lean to it.  Also, SH does not have that round grill on the lower back part.

This cabinet has one. There are no additional mounting holes for the monitor or speakers. The monitor is a Sanyo 20-EZV. The cabinet is made of plywood and particle board (inside and out). There doesn't seem to be any repairs made other than remounting of the cp. There is a Texas Amusement Machine Commission ( which has been inactive as of Sept 1, 1987 and is now called the Comptroller of Public Accounts.  )permit on the side. The only detail I can find on the Executive Directed listed on the permit dates back to 1979. I'm tempted to call the CPA to see if they can provide me any details. This has always been a post that sits in the back of my head every time I help someone identify a cabinet and I have never been able to find out what it originally was but always looked every once in awhile, until finally I saw this post out of nowhere https://www.facebook.com/As-Found-Arcade-Machines-671138093218203/photos/pcb.1391117444553594/1391117334553605

It appears to be originally a Gametecniks Tri-Pool arcade machine from 1981 with the only difference being the coin door, which very well could of been swapped out with a new piece of wood judging by the plywood instead of particle board and the monitor being turned around during the conversion to the Taito games.
