Its NOT impossible!

Hey can anyone tell me how to fix this?  Could it be a rom issue or the edge connector need to be reseated?

it clears up a lot after it runs for a bit but still has the grid of dots all over.

Try to reseat the roms after cheching voltages would be my first guess

That looks like a rom issue. Possible the rom is bad or the addressing lines are stuck.
