"Wait 10 Seconds" reset issue

I have a Playchoice 10 Mini tabletop cabinet and have an issue where after it boots up it keeps displaying the "wait 10 seconds" screen every other 2 seconds (resets). I got it 2 years ago and it worked fine until now. Could it be the power supply or the board, or...? Any comments will be much appreciated.

Hmmm... tough one. I would start by maybe reseating the edge connectors on the PCB. After that, check the +5v.
