Thanks John!

I've been contemplating the replacements buttons from Mike's Arcade for a while. They look really nice.  I will order some from them.  Thanks again!!

Hey John,

Your new Mario Bros. review was pretty awesome.  I also have a Mario Bros wide body that's in pretty good condition, but I would like to get some restoration tips (if you don't mind of course) to get it to look better.

1.  Are those original Nintendo buttons that you polished or did you replace them?  What do you think is a decent replacement for original Nintendo buttons?

2.  Did you replace the control panel overlay?  If so, where did you get yours from?

3.  Your bezel looks pretty awesome.  Did you have to polish it or it was already that nice when you got the machine?

Thanks!

Wow John, no PC 10 for you anymore?  Do you prefer the Red Tent?  I guess the vs. series are more unique...  That's what runs on the Red Tent right?
4  Tech and Marketplace / I need help with my game! - Technical Discussion / Outrun 2 Monitor Issue? on: April 27, 2013, 11:38:04 pm
Hello everyone. I have an Outrun 2 sitdown arcade with a Sanwa 29E31S monitor. The game was working fine until after I moved it today. When I first powered it up, the game was working fine. After a couple of minutes the screen started to slightly flicker at the bottom of the screen (looked like an old tv when someone turned the lights on), and after a couple of minutes the screen started to flicker entirely. Shortly after that, the game went back to normal for about a minute and then back to flickering and it is now stuck on that with a bright line across the screen. I looked inside to see if perhaps something came loose when I moved it but I couldn't see anything evident. I also tried the adjustments, but nothing. Any recommendations? What should I do?  Thanks!

Thanks man.  Hopefully I'll be picking up two more this weekend.  One is a standup Afterburner which I have been wanting for a long time.

So you are a Rush fan huh?  My best friend is a diehard Rush fan too (he goes by Astroyboy2112), I have seen them live twice with him.  Once in 2004 in Tampa, FL and in 2010 at the NY State Fair.

Hello guys,

My name is Juan and I'm currently living in South Carolina.  I grew up in the arcades and now have been working on my own gameroom for about a year.  I'm looking forward to networking with you all and sharing information about this great hobby.

John, your videos are awesome!  I want to be like you when I grow up : )

If you guys want to check out my gameroom, check out this video:
