I bought a centipede that was converted into a twin cobra. When I bought it I was getting no picture or sound so I replaced the power supply and it worked but the monitor curled at the top a little. I did a cap kit and the mod that the instructions told me to do for the cap kit. double checked all my caps and wires Im getting a slight glow on the neck of the monitor and I hear the monitor turning on but Im getting a black screen. it makes the sound when i insert a coin and it plays the music if I start a game but Im getting a completely black screen. not sure what I should do

so I have a vs goonies machine and the colors are all tinted purple (I asume that can be fixed with a cap kit) and the picture gets biger and smaller randomly and often, now I am not sure what would fix the second part, should I just do a cap kit, is the hot bad, is it the b+ voltage, or would the flyback be the culprate, this would be my first crt repaire but I have replaced all the caps on a lcd computer monitor which fixed it. Thanks so much in advance for the help
I would check the B+ for the breathing picture size. Start with cap kit then go from there So when i went to order a kit ian kellogs site was down so i ordered from a site called twisted courter a sanyo 20 ezv cap kit and I went to replace c201 and the cap kit came with a 100 uf 16v but my board used a 10 uf 25v, do I replace the cap or use the old one I don't personally recall this issue but it looks like it's common. Just use the 100 UF cap: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=106200.0the daughter board kept feeling like it wasnt put in super tight no matter how tight I put it in

so I recaped it last night and adjusted the b+, I got it to about 108.2 and it worked, I made a trip to frys and bought the cap that i saw in it originaly because I was unsure about the cap kit. the game worked but I wanted to replace the batteries so I took out the board and replaced them then I put the board back and got a solid green screen, looked online and saw that this is often caused by improperly seated daughter boards so I took it out and reseated it but now when I put it back I get a black screen and I am not sure what to do
