Hi,

I just got a machine and it has a save kit and DK Jr add-on chip in it. Could anyone tell me how to access the chip menu? I read to press a button during boot but I've tried every button and combo I could think of with no luck.

My main issue is I think the chip is modifying the regular DK so it has max lives even though the pins are all set to off (except for H for upright). I'd like to get this back to the default 3 lives.

Does anyone know what my options might be? If it's defective can I simply pull out the chip labeled DK Jr?
