finally i found out more, its a Royal System Little Red Cabinet:



Royal System was the most common brand universal Jamma cab here in Holland but usually they where plain Black , this little one is a real beauty , has a brand new 19' 15 hz monitor that can rotate and is in great shape .
It has 8 way Suzo sticks that are very responsive and in 4 way mode excellent for Pacman .

Can buy it for maybe $80 should i do it?

its for sale somewhere in Amsterdam (holland) so it should be a European brand?
i read either: Slacier Stacier Slacior something like that...
