Cleaned the bottom of the cab with some bleach and simple green.
Still has some dark stains, but the dirt and rat stuff are gone pretty much.

Alright, should probably update you guys.
Right now, I am in the process of moving, so in order to finish this project, I will need to disassemble the cabinet. This also works out because I need to cut a new side anyway.
I've figured up that it is gonna take about $350 in parts to finish, I was debating whether to MAME the cab, but I decided it would be more feasible to just finish the restoration.
Parts List:
 Side Art & CPO                                       ~ $165
 Horiz Width Coil & HOT for G07                ~ $16
Power Cord, Bridge Rectifier, Fuse holders ~ $20
 Marquee & Upper bracket                        ~ $50
 New PCB                                                ~ $30
 Lumber                                                  ~ $40
                                                             = 321 + S/H

In the meantime, any advice on disassembly? Also, what type of lumber should do the job best?
Thanks!

Use this website for pricing games, really good estimates.

For the tempest he says $650-800 for one in excellent shape.

I upload mine to Imgur, choose the down-scaling option, and use the BBcode link in the picture description.

Control panel / buttons cleaned up a bit.
Simple Green is waaaayyyy better than trying to use Windex.

They were so bad, I already chunked 'em; bearings were completely seized up.

Thought there was some messed up cardboard in the bottom, upon closer inspection it appears to be barely identifiable as a long since deceased rat.

Is simple green safe to use at full concentrate, or should it be diluted for use on artwork.

Hey guys!
Today I picked up a centipede from Ramair1997, who was very generous in giving it to me as a project.
Here are some pictures:

The first Thing i have decided to look at is the control panel.
I will need to order some trackball parts to begin with, its pretty much gone.

I want to get the game cleaned up and running first, I am going to worry about cosmetics later.
Any tips and help would be greatly appreciated!
