I have a Megatouch that is having a touchscreen issue. The screen seems reversed. I've gone to the calibration screen in setup. I can click on the cursor points but then when it asks me to drag the cursor around the screen, the cursor won't go the direction I want. When I attempt to drag the cursor to the left, the cursor goes right. When I attempt to drag the cursor down, the cursor goes up. Once I leave the setup menu and go back into the game, I can press on a spot on the screen and the it thinks I'm pressing in the complete opposite point on the screen i.e. Upper right is now lower left and vise versa. Is there a setting I'm missing?
I recently purchased a working set of boards for a Terminator 2: The Game (arcade) but I'm having trouble installing in my CAB . If you own a working Terminator 2, will you please post a photo of the main pc board, coil lamp driver board and sound board which shows the wiring connections to all 3 boards? Thank you!
My pacman recently began having a video problem in that the display is now a narrow strip down the middle of the screen. Is this a problem that can normally be fixed with a chassis cap kit?
I recently purchased a Capcom 1942 cab. Board has sound but no video. The cabinet has been painted all black but is peeling and needs to be repainted. Yellow appears to be the original color. Found a tag hanging from the coin door printed with "Scrambler". From the yellow paint and the tag I strongly suspect this was originally a Scrambler cab. Would you restore to a Scrambler or restore to a 1942 or maybe change to a 1943 cab?
I've owned my Ikari Warriors arcade game for about 16 years now. I "loaned" it to my sister for her to use in her game room for about 5 years. When she decided to move, I brought it back to my home, plugged it in, turned it on and...nothing. Opened the back and discovered it was missing the original monitor chassis and PCB!! Called my sister and she said, "Oh yeah, it stopped working a couple of years ago so I called a repairman. He worked on it, left and never came back and I've forgotten who I called." Arghhh!
So, I've purchased a new Ikari PCB and now trying to figure out what to do about the missing monitor chassis. The monitor frame sticker says the chassis was a Model No. 19K5603 120V 60Hz 100W Max. Wells-Gardner. I haven't had any luck finding this model chassis online. Does anyone know where I can purchase one? Can I use a different monitor chassis? Other options? The monitor is a Phillips MV19VNGP22A. Thank you for any help you can provide
