I'm interested in this, but I'm concerned about the board missing a chip.

This would be my first project.

Can you point me in the right direction to start researching how I would repair this?

Ultimately I would want to make th is a scratch build replica of the original cab.

I am looking to start my first Arcade Project...
I want to build a Capcom Legendary Wings cabinet.

Originally my plan was to find the PCB and have a cabinet cut to match the original cabinet.

All of my research seems to point to this nit having an original cabinet, so I will likely put it in a Dynamo cabinet.

I'm interested in people's opinions of what model Cab I should use and would like to buy any components that will help me with the project.
