Hey. I'm a software engineer from Morgantown, WV who's just getting into the swing of arcade collecting. I was inspired to get into it from both John's videos (sweet basement btw) and by another YouTuber lukemorse1.

I recently purchased my first board from eBay (Prisoner of War - SNK) that I'm working on repairing to fully working order (leg on an IC hex inverter is broken and I'm waiting for a replacement to arrive.) I also have a Super Dodge Ball that's on the way with messed up graphics that I'll take a swing at. I don't own a full cabinet yet, but my objective is to build my first cabinet to try to get the full cabinet experience before purchasing a cabinet that may need some TLC. I'm hoping that building a cabinet first will let me make my first mistakes there instead of a piece of history.

The games I'd ultimately love to own are Battletoads and Ice Cold Beer (which I had no idea I wanted until I saw John playing it.)

Thanks for reading! I'm excited to share and learn with everyone!

I created a binder and printed all my manuals (duplex) and have it organized.  It's really nice, and you don't have to grab your computer/login/search/etc.

That's a really excellent idea. I think I'll start doing the same.
