Got ya. It was weird though because it was working just fine then i cleaned a few connectors and replaces some incorrect fuses not its shit. I havnt had the time to get around to it yet but ill definatly give that a quick check first. Do you think it could be a Janna edge connector problem too? Ill take a few pics of the screen ASAP to give a better idea of what's going on. Thanks a million for all the help guys, I really appreciate it

I believe that was the name I was looking for thank you. It's funny I went through the trouble of carefully removing it to reuse it and it just wasn't working out then after I Sussed out that was not the problem it does not want to reseat the wires. It was a four pin female conn and it only had two ground wires and a 5v hot  but all three were giving continuity so I removed the conn and tested the wires individually and still have ground and hot continuity so I'm going to have to trace them back to the source when I get home and see where the real problem lyes, thanks again for the help

I've seen about 50 if johns videos and I forget which one he went over this in but I know there are the molex connectors, edge connectors and then the type that kinda suck ass and the wire just pinches in there. I know they are not very reliable but I need to replace one and am not sure what to look for. Also is there another way to upgrade and replace that style to not fail as often. Thanks a million guys. Copy that. Ill be sure to hit I a few times before proceeding. What also sucks is I'm dealing with a flat lay down monitor on this particular one with a mirror so the anode cup and most adjustment are in a horrible spot and very difficult to get too. A perfect monitor for a first timer . Wish me luck. I might try to pull it out of the cab before moving on

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I did for the most part. Other than getting a revolution x up and running fine then cleaned the boards off and changed a few improper sized fuses and now I have a double screen going. The boards I connectors I cleaned were the sound board and gun coil board so I'm not sure what happened so I have a bit of multimeter work to do when I get home. Also the switching power supply that seems factory is loud as shit and I'm getting 5.5 out of the 5v leads and 14 out of the 12v lead. Is the couple of extra volts a problem? I turned it all the way down and I won't go any further. Plus it seems like a bit of the static noise from the power supply seems to be leaking into the speakers when the game isn't playing any audio and the static is a lot louder than I would like and it doesn't seem right. Any suggestions? Thanks guys. Doc
