So, I thought, Humm...I will check all the fuses and test for continuity.  All 4 fuses checked out except for the .3A on the monitor.

is there really 4 fuses, i know there one at the switch, one in the power supply and one on the monitor but where is number 4?

edit: i have power at the monitor and marquee but no power to the pcb.

i'm thinking of the exact same thing for two of my data east machines. [robocop + commando]

cheap lcd [4:3] is about 30$ and GBS8200 CGA/EGA/YUV/RGB To VGA is about 30$ so total 60$.

i say has long has it can be undone and you dont cut up the wiring its all good

except when you get too many and your place turns into neverland ranch or a teen center
