I got a Atari rolling thunder and I just don't know anything about them like whats original or if the make repo control panels etc can you guys let me in on any of this information?

well its like this I was looking into buying an arcade machine to start my collection and on craigslist I find one for cheap and its looks like a classic pacman and the owner says the game is called ladybug, a pacman knockoff right? because its also says elcon industries on it and they sold copyrighted games. could I get it and turn it into pacman? have any of you owned one of these?
