You see a lot of that now with ebay's re-pricing, not that you don't pay to list basic auctions, it's a free for all. TNT does the same thing, they have nearly all their stock listed in a few auctions like that too. Goes up, no one buys, ends, goes up again. It's kind of like the old, my house isn't for sale, but if someone knocked on my door with enough cash....
