K it was running like this when i got there.the screen was green , has some rolling wierd lines and if you watch close you will see the screen flicker once at about 1:13 (before vid ends) it does that like a bright pulse. I unplugged the machine for 3 mins.. turned it on and it was much clearer but screen had red hue to it instead of green. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzQPTBkf5sU one thing that puzzled me, is the machine supposed to make the neo geo logo startup noise when you turn the machine on? it makes noise when you coin up and play. Its a single cart neo geo MVS in a taito cab. Guy said machine worked fine when he parked it there (it was in a place on consignment) so he sold it outright to me for 100. anybody ever see a screen do that and what would cause it?
