If it is then you should be able to read off the input labels and see, joust will say flap player 1. if that is missing you won't be able to tell unless you scratch some paint off and hope there is some left under. anyway. its an interesting system 11 game but after putting a bunch of tokens on it at papa I crossed it off my list.
