Title: Red Tent Leaf buttons Post by: robgest on February 20, 2011, 10:36:29 pm OK, I want to replace all the buttons on my red tent with new leaf buttons. Question is.... so many colors on the thing, but not a lot of choices to pick from now. Who has the most colors to choose from? I NEED A LINK.

It's hard to find the original ones. Mylstar has original used and NOS buttons here: http://www.videogameparts.com/category.sc?categoryId=30 And, mikesarcade.com has repro buttons (not all colors): http://www.mikesarcade.com/cgi-bin/store.pl?action=search&category=Game+Parts&subcategory=Nintendo+Parts Title: Re: Red Tent Leaf buttons Post by: robgest on February 21, 2011, 03:17:20 pm Thanks, Dog. I thought the ones that look like them were called leaf. Nintendo used standard plastic buttons that hit a microswitch. Other companies, like Midway, etc., used standard plastic buttons that hit a pair of metal pieces that closed the circuit. Kind of like this: LEAF SWITCH: (http://www.moneymachines.com/switchholder.jpg) MICRO SWITCH: (http://www.mikesarcade.com/store/photos/TKG-23-10.jpg) Title: Re: Red Tent Leaf buttons Post by: Phalanx on May 01, 2012, 12:14:09 am The Suzo-Happ Group also sells butons with the microswitches! Just an FYI.
