Title: Restoration Opinion: Keep as 1942 or restore to Scrambler Post by: Maverick on January 02, 2016, 03:55:25 pm I recently purchased a Capcom 1942 cab. Board has sound but no video. The cabinet has been painted all black but is peeling and needs to be repainted. Yellow appears to be the original color. Found a tag hanging from the coin door printed with "Scrambler". From the yellow paint and the tag I strongly suspect this was originally a Scrambler cab. Would you restore to a Scrambler or restore to a 1942 or maybe change to a 1943 cab?
