Title: Pcb fingerboard repair
Post by: jtslade on July 31, 2015, 08:01:19 pm
Didn't John do a video on fixing pcb edge connector traces? Did he mention where he got the supplies? I have a Pacman pcb with a couple of burnt fingerboard traces that need repairhttps://flic.kr/p/wKCf3v (https://flic.kr/p/wKCf3v)

I can't really tell how bad it is from the photo but i try my best to sand it with a very very very mild abrasive like a scotch green pad and rubbing alcohol. if the copper is completely missing i have seen some somewhat successful repairs using copper foil.
