Title: Connecticut Arcade Alliance
Post by: VertexGuy on July 12, 2015, 10:24:07 am
Just wondering how many active klov members / arcade restorers were in the
hartford CT area?
I was thinking about picking a day were we can meet at a location,
set up a couple tables with some tools and stuff, everybody brings a
machine for the whole group to trouble shoot (making a short list before hand and posting it)
Like if your monitor needs a cap kit,  have one ready kinda thing.
and spending a day cooking out and making a group trouble shoot video .
Everybody can get thier hands dirty , maybe get a machine running thats been messing
with them . Then ill drag a few machines out and we can have high score tourney's.
Ill put an extra table out for stuff if you wanna sell something.
Id float for the food, tables and most of the tools but i do not have a tube rejuv'er and such.
Just pick a sunday early morning start and just hang out.

I already have 3 members here that would attend. One of them is good at tube swapping
and i myself am good at cosmetics .
If i can get at least 10 people that would definately attend id go all out .

I'd be interested in attending, but it would be more to learn. Not sure how much new skill I would be able to add to the group as I am new to arcade collecting.

I'm more towards New Haven. I probably couldn't attend anyway, as I'm 17 and still stuck at home.
I do know that BoFoSho from KLOV/VAPS lives in upstate New York and likes to do meetups.
