I have this monitor and need to get a cap kit for it. I need help identifying the type of monitor. Please refer to the image below. Thanks.

Do you have the other daughter card? It looks like you are missing one.

No I don't have any other daughter boards, just the one in the picture. I do have 2 other monitors, but I think they are the same model of monitor. I do believe at least one of them as both daughter boards with it. Where do you purchase the daughter board from?
