Title: Mortal Kombat T unit
Post by: xcaliber on January 25, 2015, 01:10:53 am
Guys,

I was looking for a Mortal Kombat board on Ebay and noticed one of the auctions mentioned a T unit board. What is that and are there other board types?

Think of that as a board Revision ID of the main game PCB. As far as MK goes;

T-unit is for Original MK version 4 onwards and MKII
Y-unit was used on Original MK up to version 4
Wolf unit is used for MK3/Ultimate MK3
