Its been there all year, nobody would buy it because it didn't run. This morning after a pot of coffee I decided to drill the locks and take the shroud off the monitor. I love it when previous owners take things like the handlebar assembly off and then never put it back on for years at a time. Urgh. Im gonna cut a brake cable to size and add an old BMX brake cable knarp to fix the brakes.
