Title: atari 2600 - bmx airmaster tnt
Post by: airsoftmodels on July 25, 2014, 09:35:41 am
Has anybody played BMX Airmaster TNT for the Atari 2600?
According to AtariAge it is quite rare, so I doubt anybody has it on cartridge, but I have played it on the Stella emulator and find it quite addicting and fun.
My favorite 2600 game of all time is H.E.R.O.  any thoughts?

By the way I found this 1 1/2 hour video on the history of Atari:

Don't know if I actually have a favorite 2600 cart but I played some time pilot last night for Atari. Game play is great for the 2600!

Honestly i´ve never heard of BMX Airmaster. Will have to check it out. Thanks for making me aware of this game!

If you have the Harmony Cartridge you could track it down, download the rom file and put it on there.
As for favorite games, i have a few. H.E.R.O. was actually my latest addition because i played it on the C64 a lot.
It´s really a great game, like most of Activision.
My other favs are Chopper Command, Missile Command, Beam Rider.
IMO the best of all is Yar´s Revenge (for its Star Castle like gameplay)
Homebrews: Juno First (AWESOME!) and Pac Man 4k.
