Post by: MastarArcade on June 26, 2014, 09:23:34 am
For anyone that has a Sega OutRun, here's a few brief videos I recently made:

Sega OutRun Part 1 - Adjusting the Accelertor & Brake Potentiometers
If you're unable to enter your initials on the high score screen of your 1986 Sega Outrun Arcade machine, it is most likely that you need to adjust your potentiometers. In this video, I show you how its done!

Sega OutRun Part 2 - Replacing A Broken Gear
In this video, I show you how to replace the KR-1127 gear on a Sega Outrun arcade machine. Replacing this gear is a typical work item on these arcade machine since they are prone to cracking. In this video, I walk you through a quick replacement of the gear!
